Well, not really. But that’s what the sign on the door of our business says, that this week we’ll be taking a short vacation. The reality is that I have too many unfinished projects that have not been getting pushed forward toward completion sufficiently. Attempting to get them done on weekends was not allowing for enough progress, while also trying to utilize weekend time for relaxation and a respite from weekday work.
Adding a certain level of importance to these projects is that they are mostly automobile related, such vehicles being part of our Great Escape Plan. Namely, these vehicles will be sold to enhance our financial nest egg. But in order for them to be sold, certain things need to be accomplished. Thus the reason for my 10 day stay-at-home “vacation”.
